中文摘要DNA adducts are an important class of biomarkers for monitoring of environmental carcinogen exposure and evaluation of population susceptibility, and an indicator of cancer risk. DNA adduct analysis has been widely applied in a number of fields, including human biomonitoring of carcinogen exposure, evaluation of genotoxicity and population susceptibility, carcinogen-gene interactions, cancer risk assessment, screening of carcinogenic environmental factors, cancer prevention. The reliable, sensitive and accurate detection and identification of DNA adducts is a key to the wide application of DNA adducts as biomarkers. A number of techniques and methods have been developed for the detection of DNA adducts, such as (32)P-postlabelling, immunoassay, immuno-CE/LIF, LC/MS, micro-scale separation coupled MS. Applications of these techniques as well as related future development are briefly reviewed and discussed in this article.
