Sol-gel hydrothermal synthesis and pore-structure characterization of the high Ti/Si silicotitanium molecular sieve

英文摘要 | A novel silicotitanium molecular sieve Na4Ti4Si3O10(NaTS) for cesium removal with high Ti/Si was synthesized successfully by sol-gel hydrothermal method using TIPT as the titanium raw material. The effects of Ti/Si, NaOH/Ti, temperature, reaction time on the cesium removal ability were discussed systematically. Also the framework structure of NaTS products was characterized by FI-IR and porous analysis. Experimental results show that the pore size of the sample ranges from 15 to 30 nm, the specific surface area is 1.811 x 10(2) m(2)/g and average pore size is 8.700 nm. Ion exchange tests show that NaTS has a high selectivity for cesium in acidic solution. When in 0.1 mol/L HNO3 and 0.1 g/L Cs+ solution, the distribution coefficient K-d is as high as 36 500 g/mL, which may be used as a promising cesium exchanger in acidic HLLW. |
