英文摘要Using interference lithography and ion milling, we show the fabrication of large area plasmonic nanodisks with varying geometric parameters. Tunable plasmon resonances are realized with various array periodicities. The enhanced infrared detection is also experimentally demonstrated with the Kretschmann configuration using ethanol as an example. Our approach may find potential applications in plasmon-assisted sensing. (C) 2014 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
