中文摘要面对同趋激烈的市场竞争,如何利用高技术以最短时间开发出高质量、低价 格的新产品已成为市场竞争的新焦点。并行上程作为一种并行的、集成的、一体 化的设计哲理获得迅速推广,并取得了卓著的经济效益,一举成为90年代企业 赢得竞争的重要手段。 并行工程以多学科小组作为其实现方式,小组成员由来自产品生命周期中不 问阶段的专业人员组成,由于他们具有不同的观点和利害关系,并且还可能带有 完全不同的专业知识和行业习惯,大家公认,并行工程中的关键问题是如何加强 和实现多学科小组成员的协同工作。本文从协调与控制的角度来研究并行工程多 学科小组的协同工作,全文由四部分组成。 序论部分主要介绍论文选题的背景、并行工程的产生原因和研究概况和群组 行为的研究理论体系,并建立了并行工程的多目标决策模型,通过引入目标欲型 水平和评价函数对模型进行简化,定义了合作型、非合作型和主从型等三种决策 结构,冲突、合作、独立等协作行为,同时指出并行工程的关键问题不是决策求 解问题,而是多学科小组的协调和控制问题。 任务的协调和控制部分由第三和第四章组成。第三章提出了基于合同网的任 务分解及分配方法,给出了任务和组织的层次结构,并从社会福利函数的合理性 要求和稳定性要求设计了几种适合并行工程的评估机制。第四章提出了并行工程 中关心的两类调度问题,分别建立其数学模型,指出其与传统调度问题的区别。 并针对不同的调度模型分别提出了新的调度准则和调度算法,仿真结果表明其算 法的有效性和易实现性。 目标的协调和控制部分由第五、第六和第七章组成。第五章把协商分析的方 法应用到并行工程非合作型决策结构的目标冲突化解,把Nash协商解和Kalai— Smorodinskv协商解扩展到此决策问题中来,并分别给出其解形式和解的特征, 同时指出非合作型决策结构的缺点和难点。第六章研究合作型决策结构的目标协 调问题,给出其Pareto最优解的定义和求法,并提出一种调节目标欲望水平的方 法来化解多学科小组的目标冲突,给出其算法和求解步骤。第七章研究主从型决 策结构的激励控制。通过引入激励控制的思想来加强多学科小组的协同工作,分 别提出两种有效的激励策略来诱导多学科小组成员的积极性和协同工作能力。 应用实现部分主要介绍多学科小组协同工作支持系统软件原型的设计和开 发,提出了基于多代理人的设计方法,建立了协同工作模型,包括任务模型、代 理人模型、通
英文摘要Concurrent Engineering (CE) is an important approach to obtain the success in market competition by using an integrated, concurrent design of products and their related processes. It is known to all that the key problem in CE is how to facilitate the cooperation of multi-disciplinary teams. This dissertation is concerned with this problem from the perspectives of coordination and control in CE The content of the whole dissertation is divided into four parts, which are, part I (chap. 1,2)some basic problems and theoretic foundation of research on CE and group behavior. Part I[ (chap. 3,4) the task coordination and control problems, Part III (chap. 5,6,7) the goal coordination and control problems, part IV(chap.8) the design and development of the prototype of computer supported cooperation systems. Chapter 1 introduces some concepts of CE and reviews the theory research of group behavior In chapter 2, a decisian making model of CE is presented and an approach to simplify the model is proposed in terms of goal aspiration level and evaluation function, then three type of decision structures are defined, several types of cooperative behavior are proposed. In chapter 3, a method of decomposition and assignment of the task to different teams based on contract net protocol is proposed, some new methods of designing the evaluation mechanism in CE are proposed according to the reasonability and stability of social welfare function. Two types of scheduling problem in CE are presented and their mathematic formulations are given in chapter 4, then two heuristic scheduling rules and algorithms are given due to their characteristics and requirements of CE, the results of the simulation show the effectiveness and easy-realizationability of the algorithm. In chapter 5, a negotiation approach is used to goal conflict resolution in non-cooperative-type decision structure in CE, the extended Nash bargaining solution and kalai-Smorodinsky solution concept are given to this structure. A kind of multi-stage approach for adjustment goal aspiration level is proposed to coordinate the goals in cooperative-type decision structure in CE in chapter 6. The incentive control is explored into in Stackelberg-type decision structure in CE in chapter 7, two kinds of incentive methods to encourage the activeness and cooperation ability of multidisciplinary teams are proposed. In chapter 8, a design method of cooperative work support system based on multi-agent is proposed, including the cooperation model, task model and communication model. A software prototype of this system has been developed in Windows NT LAN by using of Lotus Notes and Visual Basic.
