中文摘要近几年来,随着网络化控制系统(Networked Control System——NCS)研究的不断深入,网络化控制系统的研究从理论研究转向理论和实际实验应用研究并存的局面发展,这是一种必然的趋势。另一方面高性能嵌入式微处理器和嵌入式实时操作系统为核心的嵌入式技术、高速网络技术、先进控制技术的不断进步与广泛应用,给网络化控制系统的应用研究带来了机遇和全新的方法。 本论文所做的主要工作集中在一种网络化控制系统应用平台的设计与应用研究方面——NetCon9网络化智能控制器的研究与设计实现,其目的正是给网络化控制系统的研究提供一个理论应用的研究平台。论文的主要研究内容和创新之处如下: 1、 设计了更高性能的网络化控制器——NetCon9网络化智能控制器,全新的结构化和模块化设计方法,工业级的设计标准。作为系统控制算法的最终执行单元,它的性能对嵌入式网络化控制系统的整体性能有非常直接的影响,而且随着网络化控制系统研究不断深入,所需要的网络化控制器的性能也需要不断的提高。在设计过程中提出了一种总线标准,定义了一种工业模块标准结构,使NetCon9网络化智能控制器具有可配置性和扩展性。 2、 NetCon9网络化智能控制器软件结构设计,为使控制器具有很好的操作性和开发性,进行了操作系统移植;带有操作系统的软件结构是层次化的,从低层到应用层。所以为了与NetCon系统的结合,先后开发了操作系统访问硬件模块所需的各种接口,也就是相关模块驱动,控制器的NetCon系统接口设计。 3、 NetCon9网络化智能控制器性能研究,通过长时间和多个实际控制系统的实验,检验其性能。包括系统的稳定性、可靠性、硬件模块之间兼容性、软硬件兼容性、处理性能和网络通讯性能。 4、 NetCon系统网络通讯模块的设计,根据不同网络化控制系统的要求,设计了多种网络通讯simulink模块。根据传输协议的不同,包括有TCP和UDP两种网络传输模块,然后根据传输数据类型的不同,包括实型数传输、整型数传输、字符型数传输和数据包传输等几种类型的模块,它们的设计都是采用了标准的simulink格式并进行了封装。为NetCon网络化控制系统提供了多种通讯模块。
英文摘要In recent years, with the development of networked control systems (NCS), and the NCS research has developed from pure theoretical research to both theoretical and practical application research. This is the inevitable trend of development of networked control systems. Also, with the increasing wide use and progressing of the embedded system technology based on embedded micro-processors and embedded operating systems, high-speed network technology and advanced control methods, this provides an opportunity and new methods for the research and applications of NCS. In this dissertation, the main research work focuses on the research and design of an application platform of networked control systems, which is the NetCon9 networked intelligent controllers. Main work and contributions are described as follows. 1) Designed a higher performance networked controller—the NetCon9 networked intelligent controller based on an ARM9 microprocesor. Adopted a new structure、modular design methods and industrial standard. As the final executing unit of a system control algolithm, its’ performance has a direct effect on whole NCS’s performance. With the further research of NCS, the performance of the networked controller would also be improved. During the design of the NetCon9 networked intelligent controller, according to the architecture of the ARM microprocessor, a bus standard has been proposed, which is defined as a standard module structure for industry. It makes the NetCon9 networked intelligent controller have the characteristics of scalability and configuration. 2) Designed the software structure of the NetCon9 networked intelligent controller, including the operating system transplantation, various hardware drivers, NetCon system interface, etc. 3) Evaluated the performance of the NetCon9 networked intelligent controller, by means of practical control system experiments, including stability and reliability, compatibility between hardware modules, compatibility between hardware and software, processing capability, network communication performance, etc. 4) Designed the network communication modules for the NetCon system in terms of the request of different networked control systems, and several simulink modules for network communication. According to different network communication protocols, including two types of modules: TCP and UDP, and different data types, including modules: real (double), integral, char and the module for data package, all of module designs adopt the Simulink standard and then are packaged. So, they provide the NetCon system varioous network communication modules.
