Simultaneous determination of phthalate esters and alkylphenols in leachate by liquid chromatography/tandem mass spectrometry

| 英文摘要 | A reversed-phase liquid chromatography-electrospray ionisation tandem mass spectrometric (LC-ESI/MS-MS) method was developed for the simultaneous determination of 6 phthalate esters dimehtylphthalate (DMP), diethylphehalate (DEP), dibutylphthalate (DBP), di (2-ethylhexy) phthalate (DEHP), dioetylphthalate (DOP) and dinonylphthalaet (DNP) and alkylphenols (octylphenol (OP), nonyphenol (NP) and bisphenol (BPA)) in aquatic environment in a single run. The analytes were separated on a Waters XTerraTM MS C18 column used a binary mobile phase gradient with 5 mmol/L ammonium acetate in water and acetonitrile. As a result, well-shaped peak can be obtained on the chromatogram of every analyte under the multi-reaction monitoring mode. Instrumental limits of detection for these compounds were 0.1- 1 mu g/L. This method was applied to the analysis of the leachate from a landfill site in Beijing. Phthalate esters and alkylphenols were detected in all the raw leachate samples at a level of 218.2 -290.7 mu g/L, with the dominant of DEHP. Concentration of these compounds decreased significantly after the leachate treatment process. |
