英文摘要This paper demonstrates a facile and effective improvement of abrasion resistance of silica nanoparticle (NP) based anti-reflective coatings via capillary condensation of 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTES). The quartz crystal microbalance (QCM) is used to test the abrasion resistance property. The versatility of this developed method is further illustrated by the successful application to the poor heat-resistant polymer substrates.
