英文摘要 | in this paper we describe the preparation of tio2-doped nb2o5 thin film using the ion-beam-enhanced deposition (ibed) technique, and the development of a new automobile air/fuel (a/f) sensor with an additionally integrated platinum temperature sensor and a pt heater. the resistive jump at the stoichiometric point in the characteristic curve is three orders of magnitude. the response time of the sensor is 10 and 100 ms when the atmosphere is changed from lambda = 0.9 to 1.1 and vice versa, respectively. the sensor performance stabilized after 7 measurements. preliminary results indicate that this sensor has the potential to monitor the lambda value of automobile exhaust gas. |
