| 英文摘要 | h-1 nuclear magnetic resonance spectrum was applied to determine the purity of steroids mixture which are similar in their structures and properties. a steroid mixture, isolated from marine sponge, hymeniacidon perleve was identified as 5beta-cholestan-3beta-ol and cholesterol. cholesterol content ranges front 4.68% similar to 27% in 7 samples. the method provides a new way to analyse the steroid mixture which can not be - differentiated by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry (gc/ms) or liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (loms). |
