| 英文摘要 | the flow profiles of solute bands in the conical column with larger inside diameter of inlet than outlet and cylindrical column were evaluated. by an on-column visualization method. in conical column, the band migrated slower in the central region than that in the wall region, resulting in a reverse parabolic flow profile contrast to that in cylindrical column. compared with the cylindrical column with the same volume-and the same length, the conical column had double sample capacity, 36% higher column efficiency, and 12% higher peak height. |
