英文摘要the paper using various ways, such as icp, vis, nmr and measurement of enzyme activity, extensively study the direct interaction of nuclease p1 with inorganic metal. compound (cocl2) . it has been found that in aqueous solution, there exists a direct interaction between the metal ions of the active center in the metalloenzyme (nuclease pi) and external added cocl2. as a result, part of the metal ions in metalloenzyme were substituted and the corresponding metalloenzyme derivatives were produced and the catalytic activity of enzyme were changed, and the h-1 nmr spectrum of co (11)-substituted nuclease pi derivative of co (11) in zn2 site of active center was firstly obtained.
