英文摘要a novel fluorescence and ultraviolet labelling reagent, 2-(9-carbazole)-ethyl chloroformate, has been utilized as pre-column derivatization reagent for 15 aliphatic alcohols. the optimal derivatization conditions were investigated,. the results indicate that the derivatizing temperature is at 80degreesc and reaction time is 15 min and pyridine is used as catalyst. high performance liquid chromatography coupled with fluorescence detector was studied as a means of separation and determination of alcohols. the derivative baseline resolution has been acuired by optimizing separation condition. the limit of detection is 13.3similar to93.5 nmol/l.
