英文摘要a simple and rapid method. for modification of; capillaries with a solution of chicken egg white is developed. the modification avoids the sorption activity of proteins onto the capillary inner walls. the capillaries are stable in. mild conditions and are suitable in capillary isoelectric focusing (cief) for the separation in biological samples.
