英文摘要 | monolithic columns with low electroosmotic flow (eof) in the electric field have been prepared by in situ polymerization of butyl methacrylate and ethylene dimethacrylate in the presence of suitable porogenic solvents. parameters that might affect eof, such as the species and proportion of organic solvent, have been studied systematically. in the ph range of 2.3 similar to 9.8, steady eof could be obtatined with in 19.6 x 10(-10) m(2)v(-1) s(-1). when the proportion of organic solvent increased from 60% to 90%, the eof increased from 6.6 x 10(-10) m(2)v(-1)s(-1) to 48. 9 x 10(-10) m(2)v(-1) s(-1). the results show that this kind of monolithic column could keep low eof in the mode of cec. |
