| 英文摘要 | a new and simple method for the preparation of hybrid inorganic-organic monolithic column was introduced. the monolithic column was prepared by sol-gel combined with supermolecular module technique. the morphology of the monolithic column was characterized by scanning electron microscopy. the performance of the monolithic column was evaluated for capillary electrochromatography using nine organic acids with phosphate buffer in aqueous acetonitrile mobile phase. the effects of mobile phase ph values and organic modifier contents on separation were evaluated. |
