| 英文摘要 | a pressurized liquid micro-extraction (ple) method was developed and evaluated for the extraction of alkanes in particulate matter (pm10). the extraction was performed in a stainless-steel cell of 0.5 ml in volume at 50similar to200degreesc. variables affecting factors such as the extraction time, temperature and total solvent volume on the extraction efficiency were studied and optimized. the extracts were quantitatively analyzed by gas chromatography with a flame ionization detector. in-column injection technique was employed to inject 5 mul extracts in order to reduce the detection limit. comparative study between the ple and ultrasonic extraction (ue) shows that the ple is superior to that of ue both in efficiency and time. the detection limit is 2 similar to 12 ng/m(3) with relative standard deviation between 0.8% and 10.5%. |
