英文摘要 | high resolution electron energy loss spectroscopy (hreels) has been used to investigate the adsorption and decomposition of (no)-n-15 on the mo(100)-c(2x2)n-14 surface. at 140 k, the (no)-n-15 molecule could adsorb associatively on atop sites of the mo and n-14 atoms in the nitride layers. on the other hand, a small amount of dissociated (no)-n-15 also exists. the dissociation of surface nitric oxides species at elevated temperatures caused the oxidation of the surface mo. |
