英文摘要lthe direct interaction of cu2zn2sod with organic metal compound (cobalt (ii)-histidine) was studied by icp, vis and the measurement of enzyme activity, and also investigated the effect of ph values and different interaction times for this interaction. the results showed that with the increased in ph values and the more longer interaction times, the intensity of interaction were increased and the corresponding catalytic activity of enzyme were affected.
