Effects of different diluents on enantiomeric separation on the modified cyclodextrin stationary phases

| 英文摘要 | the enantiomeric separation of alpha-phenylethylamine and trans-di-chloro-chrysanthemics acid methyl ester was investigated by gas chromatography on the fused-silica capillary columns coated with the mixtures of heptakis(2, 6-di-o-butyl-3-o-butyryl)-beta-cyclodextrin and different diluents(1:1). the chromatographic results indicated that the diluent sp-79 had more or less the same column efficiency and enantioselectivity, compared with the other investigated diluents ov-7, ov-1701, se-54 and peg-20m. it was found that the diluents had no effects on the chiral separation mechanisms. |
