| 英文摘要 | the statistical characteristics of the chromatographic profile was studied based on the original formulation of matin's plate theory, and the expressions of the first origin moment and the second, third central moment(mu(3)) was gotten. the effect of various experimental conditions on chromatographic peak shape was discussed. it was directly proved that due to mu(3) > 0, the normal chromatographic peak was tailing one, and the peak shape was related to n and the capacity factor(k'). when n is very big and k' is big enough, the peak will tend to symmetry. |
