英文摘要molecular imprinting polymers (mips) against n-cbz-l-ser and n-cbz-l-ala utilizing acrylamide plus 2-vinylpyridine as combined basic functional monomers were prepared and evaluated by high-performance liquid chromatography. mips showed chiral separation ability to the imprinted enantiomers and those with similar structure. simultaneous chiral separations of n-cbz-dl-ser and n-cbz-dl-ala were achieved on a series column by connecting n-cbz-l-ser imprinted column and n-cbz-l-ala imprinted column. it showed great potential application of molecular imprinted chiral stationary in chiral separation of phamarceuticals and their intermediates.
