| 英文摘要 | affinity nylon membranes with l-lysine ligand were preparaed by s-triazine and 1, 4-butanediol diglycidyl ether activation method. plasminogen with high purity was purified fast from human plasma successfully for the first time by affinity membrane chromatography. sodium dodecylsulphate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (sds-page) analysis shows one main band of plasminogen. this method provided a new, fast and efficient method for large-scale purification of plasminogen for clinic use. |
