英文摘要infrared spectra of breast tissues from 75 female patients have been measured, acid some remarkable spectral differences were observed among the benign, malignant and normal tissue samples. the frequency, shape and intensity of the bands indicated significant differences of content, structure and conformation of proteins, nucleic acids and lipids in different types of breast tumors. the present results suggested that fourier transform infraned spectrometry (ftir) could show the properties of tumors at the molecular level. it was able to supply rich and reliable information to investigation of benign and malignant tumors of human breast and be used as a convenient and reliable diagnostic tool for some tumors.
