Shape-selective synthesis of 2,6-di(tert-butyl) naphthalene over HY zeolite

| 英文摘要 | 2,6- di (tert-butyl) naphthalene (2, 6-dtbn) was prepared over dealuminated hyzeolite (n(si)/n(al)=3.8) catalyst. the results showed that the shape-selective effect of the faujasite is obvious, and the thermodynamic balance exists between 2,6-dtbn and 2,7-dtbn. in other words, the two isomers can transform to each other on the acid sites. naphthalene conversion of up to 98.43% and beta-sclectivity of 100% were obtained on hy zeolite catalyst under the conditions of n(t-buoh)/n (naph) = 3, whsv = 2 h(-1) and theta = 120 degreesc with dtbn (2,6-dtbn + 2,7-dtbn) yield of 74.34% and 2,6-dtbn/2,7-dtbn mass ratio of 6.24. |
