英文摘要an hplc chiral stationary phase was synthesized by the in situ covalent immobilization of bovine serum albumin on a aminopropyl silica packed column activated with 1,1-carbonyldiimidazole in a short time. the effects of mobile phase ph and the content of 1-propanol on k' and alpha of d,l-tryptophan were investigated, and the resolution of seven chiral compounds was successfully achieved.
