英文摘要a new chromatographic method-biomembrane chromatography is introduced. its development in the last decade, methods for the preparation, immobilization of biomembrane stationary phase are reviewed focused on the principle of the interaction of biomembrane, drugs, achievement in the field. the application prospect of biomembrane chromatography in the field of screening active components from drugs, evaluating their bioactivity is highlighted.
