英文摘要 | a new method combining three chromatographic modes, reverse phase high performance liquid chromatography (rp-hplc), immobilized liposome chromatography (ilc) and immobilized carrier protein chromatography (icpc) to screen bioavailable components in traditional chinese medicines (tcms) was proposed and applied in screening of bioavailable components in ligusticum wallichii, a traditional chinese medicine. several possibly bioavailable components being of permeability through cell membrane as well as binding ability with carrier protein were separated and two of them were preliminarily identified. |
