英文摘要based on the method of relaxation theory, an expression, which described the relationship between moving time of solute and electrophoretic flow, electroosmotic flow (eof) and pressurized flow, was theoretically derived. the separation selectivity of neutral and neutral species, neutral and charged species, charged and charged species was further discussed. the results reveal that the separation selectivity of neutral and charged species, charged and charged species can be conveniently adjusted by voltage or pressure, but the peak order of separation of neutral and neutral species would not be effected. keywords pressurized capillary electrochromatography, relaxation theory, separation selectivity.
