英文摘要a method based on high performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry (hplc-ms) hyphenation technique for analysis of hydrolysis products of reactive black 5 by ozonation was investigated. the effect of linear gradient eluent program on the separation and the effect of ph on the hydrolysis process were explored. ms was used to identify the hydrolysis products. it indicates that ph influences significantly the hydrolysis products. the results show that there exists unknown reaction process except the conventional hydrolysis process. the variation of reactive group in the dye might result in the increase of toxicity during hydrolysis process.
