英文摘要the present status and the trends of development of laser-induced fluorescence detection(lif-d) are reviewed. the parts of the lif-d setup including lasers, filters, objectives, photoelectronic detectors, fluorescence probes and scanning instruments are discussed. single molecule detection based on lif-d is also described.
