英文摘要piezoelectric chemical sensor is an important mass-sensitive detector. it has a wide application for its superiority such as small size, fast response and high sensitivity, etc. the principles of quartz crystal microbalance (qcm) and surface acousitc wave (saw) are introduced and their applications in recent years are reviewed. the method to improve the sensitivity and the trends of mass-sensitive detector are discussed.
