英文摘要trichloroisocyanuric acid-base can be used as an efficient oxidant for the epoxidaiton of enones and tandem oxidation-epoxidation of allylic alcohols in a water-suspension system as completely organic solvent free reactions. the effects of surfactant and base have been investigated. for most of the enones and allylic alcohols, the reaction could be completed within several hours with good yields.
