Correlation between immobilized liposome chromatography and rat intestine absorption model and their application in traditional Chinese medicine

英文摘要immobilized liposome chromatography( ilc) can be used to screen and analyze the passive absorption drugs. a new method researching the correlation between the ilc and rat intestine model was established, and the method was applied to examine the model for danggui buxue decoction, a classic traditional chinese medicine. the results show that a good correlation is obtained between k-5 valves of retentive components of danggui buxue decoction which are absorbed by the passive transcellular route on ilc and their rat intestine absorption percentage.
