| 英文摘要 | teicoplanin-bonded chiral stationary phase was prepared and assessed in reveresed phase mode by high performance liquid chromatography for the direct chiral separation of racemic compounds such as warfarin, simendan, alpha-amino acids (hydroxy acids), derivatized amino acids etc. it was showed that hydrophobic (hydrophilic), electrostatic effects are important for the retention behaviour and resolution of the compounds investigated on the newly synthesized chiral column. as to amino acids, hydrophilic interactions take part in solute's retention; while hydrophobic interactions become dominant after amino acids being derivatized, as a result of the increase in hydrophobicity, better resolution can be obtained in mobile phase with lower organic modifier content. |
