| 英文摘要 | a high performance liquid chromatographic method was developed to establish the fingerprint of liuwei dihuang pill, and 16 samples from various manufacturers and various batches were analyzed, furthermore, similarity calculation software and principal component analysis (pca) were used to differentiate and evaluate the whole and partial fingerprints. the result showed similarity calculation software could differentiate the most samples from two manufacturers but sometimes gave the wrong result; in the projection plot obtained with pca, the samples from various manufacturers were obviously divided into two parts, and the difference between various batches could be observed. |
