| 英文摘要 | chlorogenic acid, chrysatropic acid and rutin in tobacco were analyzed using high performance liquid chromatography( hplc) /photodiode array deteciton (pda). after the tobacco was simply treated by ultrasonic extraction using methanol/water (4: 1, v/ v) and filtration, the obtained liquid sample was analyzed by hplc using hypersil ods column ( 4.6 mm x 150 min i. d., 3 mu m). methanol/trifluoroacetic acid (tfa) aqueous solution was used as mobile phase for gradient elution. pda spectrum was used for assistant identification. internal standard method was applied for quantitation. the recovery was in the range of 84.4% -96.4%. the relative standard deviation of determination was 1. 4% - 6. 4% for three compounds. |
