英文摘要a novel conjugate of 3-clip-phen and polyamide containing three n-methylimidazole (im) rings was synthesized for the targeting human telomeric repeat of 5'-ttaggg-3', and the dna cleaving activity and the sequence selectivity of the complex of copper-conjugate were confirmed by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry.
