英文摘要the better separation conditions of enantiomers of alanine (ala), glutamic acid (glu), methionine (met) and tryptophan (trp) quickly are obtained by sixteen-channel capillary array electrophoresis which are built by ourselves. different additives for the separation effects to enantiomeric amino acids were screened. the experimental results indicate that 5 mmol/l gamma-cyclodextrin as additive is preferred for the separation of mixture of d, l-glu, d, l-met, d, l-ala and d, l-trp in the borax buffer (10 mmol/l, ph = 10).
