英文摘要a high performance liquid chromatography-electrospray ionization mass spectrometric method was developed for analysis and identification of flavonoid glycosides extracts from fructus aurantii. samples were analyzed by a reversed-phase c-18 column using a binary eluent under gradient conditions. six flavonold glycosides could be separated and detected. the [m+na] and [m+h](+) ions of flavonoid glycosides in the positive mode were observed for molecular mass information. a collision induced dissociation (cid) experiment was carried out in order to identify the structures of flavonoid glycosides.
