英文摘要three affinity matrices for adsorption of endooxin from aqueous solution were studied by covalently bonding polymyxin b varying hydrocarbon lengths to sepharose cl-4b. the content of ligand and adsorption efficiency increased with increasing length of spacers. the effect of salt, ph, temperature and flow rates on endotoxin adsorption for affinity matrix 3 was investigated. it showed that in the range of nacl concentration of 0.05-0.5 mol/l, ph 6-10, temperature 25-55 degrees c and flow rate of 0.20-0.80 ml/min, the adsorption efficiency was over 90%.
