| 英文摘要 | ginsenoside rf and pseudoginsenoside f-11, two chemical markers. of panax ginseng and panax quinquefolium, were analyzed using in-source collision-induced dissociation high performance liquid chromatography-atmospheric pressure chemical ionization-mass spectrometry( hplc-apci/ms) method. under the gradient elution reversed-phase liquid chromatography and in-source collision-induced dissociation conditions, aglycon and deglycoslyated ions of ginsenoside rf and pseudoginsenoside f-11 were obviously observed. from the differences of these ions, the two isomer compounds were identified. the detection limit of ginsenoside rf and pseudoginsenoside f-11 is about 10(-7) g on column. panax ginseng and panax quinquefolium can be distinguished in a single, hplc-apci/ms experiment. rapidly by this way. |
