英文摘要in this research, an unusually dimeric g-quadruplex of d(gggtgggtgggtgggt) (s1), the potent nanomolar hiv-1 integrase inhibitor, was detected by nuclear magnetic resonance (nmr). this result has been confirmed by electrospray ionization mass spectrometry (esi-ms) and circular dichroism (cd).
