| 英文摘要 | nanocrystalline quarternary sulfide cuins2-zns solid solution was prepared by a solvothermal route in an autoclave at 200 degrees c using ethylenediamine as the solvent and sulfur powder as the sulfur source. a trace amount of in3+ incorporated into zns can induce the transformation of the zns phase from cubic to hexagonal. the particle size of in-zns decreases with increasing amount of in3+ in zns. among the (cuin)(x)zn2(1-x)s2 solid solution, (cuin)(0.09)zn1.82s2 shows the highest photocatalytic h-2 production rate from water with s2--so32- sacrificial agents under visible light (lambda > 420 nm) irradiation. no obvious deactivation of the (cuin)(0.09)-zn1.82s2 catalyst in pbotocatalytic h-2 production was observed after reaction for 20 h. |
