英文摘要by fabricating a monolithic electroosmotic pump packed with methacrylate, the influence factors of applied voltage, ph value, the concentration of organic modifier and salt solution on its flux were investigated in the range of nl/s - mu l/s of flow. linear relationship between applied voltage and flux was obtained (r =0.9991) in this study. when the acetonitrile (0.55 - 0.8 mmol/l) mixed with 2-(4-morpholino) - ethane sulfonic acid (mes) was chosen as the pumping fluid, there was a trend that the flux of electroosmotic, pump was decreased as the increase of concentration of organic modifier and the flux was decreased with the increase of the concentration of salt solution (0.5 - 2 mmol/l). the ph value in rang of 3 - 9 did not exert significant effect on flux. to a certain extent, it showed that methacrylate ester monolithic column is superior to ods column.
