英文摘要background: two methoxyl poly(ethylene glycol)-poly(l-histidine)-poly(l-lactide) (mpeg-ph-plla) triblock copolymers with different poly(l-histidine) chain lengths were synthesized. the morphology and biocompatibility of these self-assembled nanoparticles was investigated.
