英文摘要 | In this paper, the binding site of Cd2+ at the purine ring of ATP was studied by using NMR technique. The changes of H-1, N-15 and P-31 chemical shifts and P-31-P-31 coupling constants due to the presence of Cd2+ and the change of Cd-113 chemical shift due to the presence of ATP in a wide pH range are measured. It is found that, when pH>4. 5, ATP chelates Cd2+ with its phosphate and N7; at pH 2.5-4.5, ATP binding sites are mainly phosphate and N1, but phosphate/N7 mode still exists; when pH is very low (pH<2.5), ATP does not interact with Cd2+. |
