英文摘要An infrared thermoviewer is utilized to measure the temperature distribution of solid walls and vapor liquid interfaces of micrometer scale groove, which is made of borosilicate glass. The infrared thermal images clearly show that the wall temperature of microgroove top is lower than the temperature of vapor liquid interface. The results indicate that heat source position, tilt angle, working liquid and heat flux have significant influences on the temperature distribution of microgrooves surface. It is further demonstrated that the temperature field in the microgrooves severely depends on the distribution of liquid film in this heat sink. (C) 2010 Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
