英文摘要As a literature review, a recent development of plasmonic metallic subwavelength structures is presented in this paper. Total three topics are addressed: (1) Plasmonic structures for imaging and superfocusing; (2) Plasmonic structures for antenna; and (3) Metallic nanoparticles array for biosensing. Design of the plasmonic devices is illustrated in detail. In addition, fabrications and applications are briefly introduced so as to keep integrality of this paper.
