抑郁症患者的生活方式与心理控制源特征研究

| 中文摘要 | 目的探究抑郁症患者生活方式与心理控制源的特征,并分析心理控制源和生活方式不同层面抑郁症的影响。方法从2011年3—4月来该院就诊的门诊和住院的首发抑郁症患者中,选取抑郁症患者42例及正常对照42例,并进行一般资料、抑郁自评量表、心理控制源量表和生活方式等问卷测查,将其中的抑郁自评量表转换为标准分,采用SPSS 11.5软件对心理控制源和生活方式的不同层面对抑郁的影响进行统计分析。结果共获取有效问卷84份,其中检出抑郁症患者42例,正常对照42份。受检抑郁症患者SDS平均分值为(67.82±9.56)分,具有随其生活方式各层面质量的下降而加重的趋势,其抑郁程度在生活满意度和人际关系方面低于正常受试者(P<0.05)。结论抑郁症患者表现为外控性特征,症状的严重程度与生活方式关系密切。 |
| 英文摘要 | Objective To investigate the characters of locus of control and life style among patients with depres- sion, and explore the relationship among locus of control, life style and depression. Methods 42 patients with first-epi- sode depression and 42 normal controls were chosen and tested with the scales of self-rating depression scale （ SDS）, muhi- dimensional health locus of control scale （ MHLC）, life-style inventory and the basic information. The correlation among the different sub-scales of locus of control and life style and the symptoms of depression was analyzed by SPSS 11.5 software. Results 84 valid scales were received, including 42 patients with depression and 42 normal person. Patients with depres- sion had the external control, with the mean of SDS score （ 67.82±9.56 ） , which depressive level was lower than normal people in satisfaction for life and interpersonal relation （P 〈 0. 05）. Conclusion The depressive patients had external con- trol trait, and the severity of the symptoms was associated with life style. |
