La62Al14Cu12Ni12BMG is introduced as a substitute for silicon which was widely used as mold material for nanofabrication. For the purpose of precise microstructure replication and complete filling  effects of various imprint parameters  including imprint temperature  imprint time and compression load  on formability of La 62Al14Cu12Ni12BMG are studied and discussed. Scanning electron microscope images and results of thermal analysis are used to characterize the filling effect of La62Al 14Cu12Ni12BMG. In particular  correlations between time and thermodynamic properties are presented. Despite of its high viscosity at crystallization temperature and its narrow supercooled liquid region  La62Al14Cu12Ni12BMG is proved to be a durable and promising material which can precisely replicate the patterns of silicon mold and then transfer its own patterns on Ce 69Al10Cu20Co1BMG and PMMA. 2012 Elsevier B.V. Carbon nanomaterials have attracted considerable attention and interest owing to the unique physical and chemical properties. Such as nanodiamonds  carbon nanofibers  carbon nanotubes (CNTs)  graphene and so on  they all have potential applications as field electron emission materials  electrode materials  storage hydrogen materials and composite materials. In this paper we reported the growth of layered graphene(LG) on carbon fibers surface. The LG synthesized on carbon fibers may have potential applications in many fields. For example  using to improve the electric conductivity and chemical stability of carbon fibers substrate  the grown LG can be applied as high performance capacitor  battery  field emission electron source  hydrogen storage owing to large ratio surface and hybrid multiscale composite. 2010 IEEE.  
Excitonic properties of vertically aligned ZnO nanotubes under high-density excitation (EI CONFERENCE) 会议论文  OAI收割

In this paper  highly oriented and vertically arranged ZnO nanotubes are prepared on Al2O3 (0 0 0 1) substrate without employing any metal catalysts by plasma-assisted molecular beam epitaxy. The photoluminescence (PL) spectra at room temperature are studied under high excitation densities. Under lower excitation density (60 kW/cm2)  PL spectrum shows that one strong free exciton emission (FE) locates at 3.306 eV. As the excitation density increases up to 200 kW/cm2  a new emission peak (Pn) located at low-energy side of FE is attributed to the spontaneous emission due to an exciton-exciton (Ex-E x) scattering process from two ground state excitons  where one exciton is recombined by emitting a photon and the other is scattered into the excited states of n=2  3  4.... Under excitation density of 300 kW/cm 2  the stimulated emission originating from Ex-E x scattering is obtained. When the excitation density is above 580 kW/cm2  the emission from electron-hole plasma is observed in low-energy side of the P band and indicates a typical superradiation recombination processes with increasing excitation density. 2006 Elsevier B.V.
